Meet the new Edrolo Education Expert Advisory Board
We are bringing together some of Australia's most respected education experts to shape the future of Edrolo so we can better support schools to achieve results.
The Education Expert Advisory Board includes world-renowned education researcher Emeritus Laureate Professor John Hattie, Australia's top Teaching and Teacher Education scholar Professor Sarah Prestridge, Toorak College Principal Kristy Kendall, award-winning biology educator Andrew Douch, top-scoring Ballarat Clarendon College Deputy Principal Dr Greg Ashman, educational technology innovator Matt Esterman and former Edrolo CEO and entrepreneur David Wright. Aquinas College 2024 Year 12 graduate, Bella Schneiders is bringing a student voice to the group.
Edrolo CEO Pete Goldsworthy said the Advisory Board will play a crucial role in the company's mission to partner with schools to improve educational outcomes.
"The new Advisory Board is helping us to focus on the right problems to sustainably improve results and help teachers succeed, focusing us on the problem we need to solve. They’ll work first with our 200 teacher-presenters, and the benefits of this work will flow on to all teachers, ” said Pete Goldsworthy, Edrolo CEO.
The Advisory Board will provide strategic guidance on Edrolo's product development, pedagogical approaches, and implementation strategies, with a particular focus on leveraging artificial intelligence and data analytics to enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
Currently partnering with over 1,000 secondary schools across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, Edrolo's teaching and learning system has become an integral part of Australian education, supporting teachers and students daily from Years 7-12 with comprehensive content and insights.
