By purchasing a Homeschool Subscription, you agree to Edrolo’s Standard Terms & Conditions available on the Edrolo website at https://edrolo.com.au/legals/terms-and-conditions (the “Standard Terms“) and the Additional Terms & Conditions set out below (these “Additional Terms”).
Capitalised terms in these Additional Terms have the same meaning as in the Standard Terms.
If these Additional Terms conflict with the Standard Terms, these Additional Terms take precedence in relation to Homeschool Subscriptions.
If you do not agree to the Standard Terms and these Additional Terms in their entirety, you must close this window and must not proceed with the purchase of a Homeschool Subscription.
1. Application of Standard Terms
1.1. Homeschool Subscriptions are deemed to be “Personal Subscriptions” under the Standard Terms.
1.2. Both the Purchaser and Student are deemed to be “Authorised Users” under the Standard Terms.
2. Parent / Purchaser Responsibility for payment obligations
The Purchaser is responsible for all payment obligations and all other financial liabilities applicable to Authorised Users under all applicable Edrolo terms and conditions.
3. Parent / Purchaser Responsibility for Minors
3.1. The Purchaser confirms that they are the Student’s parent, legal guardian, or authorised administrator.
3.2. The Purchaser agrees that they are fully responsible for the Student’s compliance with all applicable provisions of the Edrolo Standard Terms, including restrictions on use of the platform.
4. 7-Day Free Trial
4.1. All Homeschool Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial from the date of purchase.
4.2. If the Homeschool Subscription is not cancelled before the end of the trial, billing will automatically commence.
4.3. Access during the trial may be limited for onboarding or verification purposes.
5. Subscription Options & Billing Rules
Monthly Subscriptions
5.1. Monthly Homeschool Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance on a recurring basis.
5.2. Purchasers may give notice of cancellation of a Monthly Homeschool Subscription at any time but the cancellation will not take effect until the end of the paid month. No pro-rata refunds of fees will be provided upon cancellation.
Yearly Subscriptions
5.3. Yearly Homeschool Subscription fees are billed once upfront for 12 months.
5.4. Purchasers may give notice of cancellation of a Yearly Homeschool Subscription at any time but the cancellation will not take effect until the end of the paid year. No pro-rata refunds of fees will be provided upon cancellation.
6. Cancellation & Termination
6.1. Cancellation must be submitted through Edrolo Support via email to support@edrolo.com.
6.2. The Purchaser remains liable for any unpaid fees owed for the current billing period.
6.3. Edrolo may suspend or terminate access to a Homeschool Subscription in accordance with the Standard Terms, which without limitation may apply upon non-payment of fees or other breach of the Standard Terms or these Additional Terms .
7. Privacy
7.1. The Purchaser consents, for itself and on the Student’s behalf, to Edrolo collecting and using the Purchaser’s and Student’s personal information in accordance with Edrolo’s Privacy Policy. The purpose of collection and use of such personal information is for Edrolo’s delivery of the Homeschool Subscription to the Purchaser and Student as Authorised Users.
